Instructions:

For the zucchini rice with pollock fillet, soak the Pamir rice in warm water for 1 h, rinse and boil in sufficiently salted water (like pasta) for 10 minutes. Strain and return to the pot.

In the meantime, fry the onion and zucchini in oil until lightly browned, then mix into the rice along with the oil.

In a non-stick frying pan, fry the lightly salted and floured fish and serve with the zucchini rice.

Preparation Tip:

If you want you can serve a salad with the zucchini rice with pollock fillet. If you do not have Pamir rice, you can also use another rice.
