For the yogurt dumplings on a strawberry layer, first whisk the Qimiq until smooth and then whip the whipped cream until stiff.

Mix the yogurt, the whipped cream and the Quimiq with the birch gold and the lemon zest with a perforated cooking spoon – it is best to put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and puree them. If using frozen strawberries, first let the strawberries thaw a bit and then puree.

Put some of the strawberry sauce on a plate. Using a spoon, cut out dumplings from the yogurt mixture and place them on top of the strawberry sauce.

Garnish the yogurt dumplings on strawberry sauce with whole strawberries or a mint leaf.
