Instructions:

For the rolls, knead yeast, sugar, water, flour, salt and olive oil with wet hands until homogeneous. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Knead again. Form small, round rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and/or pumpkin seeds.

Bake the Weckerl for 15 minutes, if necessary switch back to 180°C.
