For the vegetable pasta, cook the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, sauté the leek and garlic in a little oil and then add the vegetables and sauté.

Pour in the whipping cream and bring to the boil. Add the spinach and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese, herbs and ajvar.
