Preparation (circa 55 min):

Mix well minced meat with eggs, cubes of carrots, onions, peppers, zucchini, fold in the cornflakes, thawed peas, chives and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add the feta cheese cut into cubes. Form a nice brick from the mixture, place in a frying pan with hot oil, brown briefly, add a little savory and cook in a heated oven at 170 °C (gas mark 3) for about 35 minutes.
