For the unicorn muffins, lightly beat the egg and mix well with the sugar, oil and yogurt. Sift the baking powder and baking soda into the flour. Fold the flour mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
Do not over-stir. Divide the mixture between two bowls and color one with red food coloring, the other with blue. Now pour the masses half/half into the muffin cups and bake with hot air at 160 °C for about 20 minutes, let cool.
Melt the Cake Melts according to the package instructions and cover the muffins with them, then decorate with sugar glitter, pearls, butterflies and flowers.
Preparation Tip:
You can, of course, use other food colors for the unicorn cupcakes or even run two different colored Cake Melts into each other!
