Instructions:

For the trout in bacon, place a narrow slice of bacon on the foil, add brown sugar and finely chopped onion and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce on top. Place the gutted trout on top and add salt.

Put brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and onion on the trout again and wrap the whole trout airtight in the foil.

Roast in the preheated oven at 175° C for 30 minutes.

Serve trout in bacon in the foil!

Preparation Tip:

For a particularly delicate version of trout in bacon, use Lardo bacon from free-range Mangalitsa pork!
