Instructions:

Strain the cleaned and washed strawberries and mix with the sugar.

Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water, then squeeze them well and let them dissolve completely in a small container in a bain-marie.

Whip the cream until stiff and add to the pureed strawberries. Mix in the dissolved gelatine.

Pour into glasses and chill. Before serving, decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.

Preparation Tip:
