Remove the skin from pears and apples and cut them into quarters. Remove seeds from fresh plums and cut in half, dried plums without seeds whole. Remove the peel from the oranges and remove the white skin with a sharp kitchen knife, then cut into 2 cm thick slices.

Put all the fruits with the aromatic substances cinnamon and honey, the rum and the wine (cover the fruits) in a saucepan and steam in the heated oven at 200 °C covered for1 hour.
