A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Clean, seed and coarsely dice chili peppers.

Peel garlic and press through a press.

Sauté pine nuts in 1 tbsp oil, add chili and garlic and sauté briefly.

Cool.

Rinse the lemon, finely grate the peel.

Peel the ginger root and grate finely.

Set aside a few basil leaves for decoration, coarsely chop the rest together with cilantro and parsley.

Finely grind the ginger, pine nut mixture, lemon zest and kitchen herbs with the remaining olive oil, the sesame oil and a little salt in a moulinette.

Make spaghetti according to package directions in salted water, drain and mix on the spot with the pesto.

Garnish with basil and bring to table.
