For the soybean snack, soak the soybeans in water for 12 hours. Drain through a sieve and rinse well. Preheat oven to 170°C.

Spread soybeans out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake soybeans for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

Turn every 5 minutes. Salt the soybeans, let cool and enjoy as a soybean snack.
