A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Sift flour and salt, add light butter cut into cubes and mix. Stir through egg and egg yolk, add sour cream and all other ingredients except sugar and knead together with flour-light butter mixture. Let rise in refrigerator for 120 minutes. Spread sugar evenly on a surface, roll out the dough on it from two sides and roll out again. Cut into strips of 2, 5 x 10 cm. Turn the strips three or four times, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 20 minutes.
