Instructions:

Boil the water with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Put the plucked, washed sage leaves with the slices of orange in a sufficiently large container and pour the cooled sugar water over them.

Cover and leave to infuse for 24 hours, then strain, boil with the citric acid and pour the sage syrup into a bottle while boiling hot.
