Whip egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, slide onto chocolate cream. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture form, gently mix the whole together. Fill the dough into a cake springform pan lined with aluminum foil or possibly greased parchment paper and bake.

Cool the cake a little, remove from the mold, brush the outside with hot jam stirred until smooth, soak a little. Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath and coat the cake with it. If you like, divide the top into 12 cake pieces and write the name “Sacher” on each with icing.
