Instructions:

Pour oil (Ii) into dessert bowls, press in garlic, add a little pepper and oregano, mix and set aside.

Finely grate cheese, pour into dessert bowls and set aside.

Finely dice bacon. Peel and finely dice onion. Finely dice ham. Drain the mushrooms and cut into fine strips.

Heat oil (I) in a large coated frying pan. Fry the bacon in it and let it brown. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add mushrooms and ham, brown briefly. Reduce temperature. Extinguish with whipped cream. Add ready-made sauce, processed cheese and cow’s milk. Season with oregano and pepper of your choice. Let it simmer on low heat for about 150 minutes. If the sauce becomes too viscous, add a little more cow’s milk.

Cook the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente, drain and let it drain a little bit, do not rinse it. Put it in a preheated baking dish. Add the cut-up butter and stir into the spaghetti until melted. While doing this, add paprika powder until all the pasta is nicely colored red.

Place on the table immediately. Put the sauce, garlic oil and cheese separately. Each person serves him/herself.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
