Pudding Chocolate Muffins

For the custard chocolate muffins, prepare the custard according to package directions and let cool.

Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir into the mixture.

Pour the batter into the molds and place a blob of pudding in the center.

Bake the pudding-chocolate muffins at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The pudding chocolate muffins become even more chocolaty if you prepare them with chocolate pudding.
