Instructions:

1. mix poppy seeds and sugar with the egg yolks until thick and creamy.

2. add the finely chopped lemon peel

3. add some more flavor with the ground spices as needed

4. finely grate the chocolate, add to the quantity form and fold in

5. whip the egg whites until very stiff, carefully fold into the dough and shape it into a lightly greased baking pan

6. bake at 175 degrees on the middle shelf for about 45 minutes

7. after cooling, cover with cooking chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
