For the plum cake, preheat the oven to 160 degrees hot air.
Cream together the dough, butter, sugar, cinnamon, clove powder and lemon zest.
Beat in the eggs one at a time. Fold in the flour with the baking powder.
Butter a baking sheet and spread the batter on it. Top with the plums and bake the plum cake for 40 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
This plum cake tastes particularly juicy if you prepare it with wholemeal flour. Spelt flour is particularly suitable for this.
