Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and grate coarsely.

Cut salsiz and bacon into small cubes and sauté half of it with onions or possibly leek. Empty the stewed meat over the grated potatoes and add the other half of the meat (raw).

Add milk, flour, egg and cream, season with salt and nutmeg (freshly grated), mix carefully.

Grease the baking pan well and pour the raw mixture into it, spreading it (max 3cm thick).

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about one hour.

Serve with a juicy rim salad!

Our tip: Use a delicious spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
