Instructions:

Grease gratin dish, evenly distribute turkey cutlets cut into pieces in it, season lightly with salt, season with pepper and sprinkle with curry. Spread mushrooms and peaches (both diced) evenly on top.

Sprinkle two bags of onion soup evenly over the top.

Stir whipped cream and sour cream or crème fraiche together and pour over turkey cutlets and ingredients (it must cover the whole).

Leave to stand in the refrigerator for one night.

Cook in the oven at about 200 °C for about 45 minutes, turn off the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve with long grain rice or white bread. Possible accompaniments are iceberg or green leaf salad with white wine.
