Instructions:

Beat the sugar with the eggs until the mixture becomes whitish. Add all remaining ingredients – except apricot jam and pine nuts – mix well, fill the buttered gratin dish.

Bake for about 45 minutes in the oven heated to 180 °C.

Warm up the apricot jam and spread it on the casserole, sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake for another 5 minutes.
