For the peach pie, prepare a batter from the ingredients (without peaches). Fill a silicone star mold with a small portion of the batter. Pour the remaining batter into a silicone fruit cake mold and smooth it out.

On the outer edge, place the peaches on top. Now place the filled star mold upside down on the dough in the middle (dough on dough). Bake the cake at 180 °C for about 50 minutes. Test with a chopstick.
