For the pasta tart, first cook the penne. Just before they are al dente, strain them. In the meantime, prepare the mince.

Grease the springform pan with a lot of butter, layer the penne vertically in the pan and pour the Bolognese sauce over it. Press down a little so that the sauce reaches the other end of the penne and everything is nicely covered on top.

If necessary, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes. It goes great with a green salad!

Actually, the pasta cake is nothing more than a penne alla bolognese recipe. But it looks much better and goes down really well at parties, or even just with family members!
