Instructions:

Rinse the melanzane, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices, roast in hot oil in a Teflon pan on 2 or automatic cooking plate 5-6 in 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to the other side.

In a saucepan of the same size, in hot oil, cook the finely chopped onions and garlic until translucent, do not let them brown.
