Instructions:

Preheat oven in good time to 200 °C (convection oven: 180 °C , gas: level 3).

Knead dough ingredients together, wrap in foil, chill for 1 hour.

Roll out dough between foil to approx. 3 mm thickness, cut out hearts, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in heated oven at 200 °C for 8 minutes. Cool.

For the filling, bring whipping cream and coffee powder to a boil, let cooking chocolate and but= ter melt in it. Let cool for 4 hours.

Melt white cooking chocolate in a water bath and dip half of the hearts in it, set.

Whip the dark chocolate mixture, place in a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe onto the remaining hearts.

Cover each with a white heart.

For the garnish, let the dark chocolate melt and decorate the hearts with it.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
