Instructions:

For the lasagna first prepare the bolognes. For the bolognese, chop the onion and sauté in oil. Add minced meat and fry as well. Stir in tomato pieces and spices, simmer for about 40 minutes.

For the béchamel sauce, heat the butter, slowly stir in flour. Pour warm milk slowly over it, stirring constantly and bringing to a boil to avoid lumps.

Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, simmer for 10-15 minutes.

For the lasagna, butter a baking dish. Form a layer of lasagna sheets – bolognese – bechamel sauce – mozzarella. The last layer is the béchamel sauce.

Spread butter flakes and some parmesan on the bechamel sauce. Bake the lasagna at 180 °C top-bottom heat for 50 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the lasagna with fresh basil leaves as garnish. Serve with a green salad.
