Instructions:

For the honey gingerbread, knead all ingredients into a dough.

Let rest for 30-40 minutes. Roll out 5 mm thick and cut out any shapes from the dough.

Brush with egg and decorate with nuts.

Bake the honey gingerbread at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you want you can also use aranzini for decorating. Also decorations with sugar icing looks nice on honey gingerbread.
