Instructions:

Filled gingerbread from the tray! This is not only very simple but also very g’schmackig!

Bring oil, sugar and honey to a boil and let cool.

Sift flour with baking powder. Add the almonds. First add eggs, salt and spices and then the flour mixture to the honey. Refrigerate for several hours.

Grease and flour a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection oven.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Divide the dough in half. Roll out one half with some flour and place it on the prepared baking tray. Spread the filling on it. Roll out the second half of the dough and place it on the filling.

Whisk milk with egg yolk and brush the gingerbread with it.

Bake the savory filled sheet gingerbread for about 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Cut into slices only after it has cooled down. The gingerbread can also be covered with a glaze.
