Instructions:

For the savory curd casserole, first separate the eggs.

Cream the butter and mix with yolks, milk, curd cheese and semolina.

Cut the meat sausage into small cubes and mix with parsley and the curd mixture.

Now season with salt, garlic salt, paprika and bell pepper and mix well again.

Then whip the egg whites until very stiff, add a pinch of sugar and then fold into the curd mixture.

Butter a baking dish, pour in the curd and smooth it down. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and also add 3 tablespoons of butter.

Bake the savory curd cheese casserole in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about an hour until golden brown. If necessary, spread another tablespoon of butter over it after half the baking time.
