Instructions:

For the ham fritters, peel the onion, ginger and garlic, deseed the chili pepper and cut or chop everything into small cubes. Wash the young onion well and cut into fine rings.

Cut the shrimps and the ham into not too small cubes.

Cook the Fleckerl according to package instructions until al dente.

In a wide pot, slowly fry the onion, garlic, ginger and chili in a little sesame oil without letting the onion color.

Add the shrimp and ham and sauté for 1-2 minutes, add the curry powder as well as coconut milk and sour cream, simmer briefly, add the speckles, young onion and lime zest, stir well and season with salt and pepper.

Add the bean sprouts and cilantro with a little olive oil, lime juice and salt to taste.
