For grilled chili squash packets, peel and seed squash. Rinse and reserve the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into pieces.

Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and stir in the chili, lime zest and lime juice. Add the pumpkin flesh to the pot with the seeds and stir well.

Then divide the pumpkin pieces with juice and seeds among 4 double-layered pieces of aluminum foil and form small packets.

Then grill the aluminum packets for about 15-25 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked.
