Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Rinse vegetables. Peel onion. Chop onions and kale. Cut artichoke bottoms into strips, zucchini into slices, and tomatoes into quarters. Remove stems from bean pods. Cut meat into narrow slices.

In a frying pan, fry the onion in 20 g of butter, the unpeeled garlic cloves and then all the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and add 3 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, keeping the vegetables crunchy.

In the remaining butter, fry the meat for 1 to 2 min.

Take it out and put it on a plate. Deglaze the frying pan with the soy sauce and fresh cream. Sauce over the vegetables form. Mix with the meat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
