For the digestive bisquits mix soft butter with the sugar, add vanilla sugar and egg.

Mix oatmeal, flour and baking powder and add, mix well.

Form small piles from the dough with 2 teaspoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out (they run strongly). Bake the digestive bisquits for 10-12 minutes at 200°C degrees.
