For the curry rice soup, peel and chop onion. Dice the apples. Melt butter in a pot and sauté rice in it. Add onion pieces, diced apples, grated coconut to the pot as well and let it steam for about 2 minutes more.

Meanwhile, boil water in another pot and prepare beef broth. Dust with curry powder and flour and stir. Pour in beef broth and whisk until smooth. Add raisins.

Cover soup with a lid and cook over low heat for half an hour. Whisk whipping cream and yolks together and whisk into curried rice soup. Season to taste with salt.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of beef broth, you can of course use vegetable broth for the curry rice soup.
