For crispy olives, knead the butter with the flour, salt, paprika and Gouda into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 3/4 hour.

Preheat the oven to 185 °C. Shape the dough into small balls about 4 cm in diameter and add an olive to the dough and shape it into a ball.

Bake on a baking tray for about 25 minutes.
