For the corn and bacon toast, cut tomato into small cubes. Cut bacon and cheese into small pieces. Mix sour cream, tomato, bacon, cheese, salt and corn together, place toast slices on top and spread each slice with some of the mixture.

Bake toast slices in oven at 180 °C hot air for about 15 minutes. Serve the corn and bacon toast sprinkled with fresh herbs.
