Chocolate Cake

For the chocolate cake, beat until firm, beat in 1/3 of the sugar.

Stir in 2/3 sugar, flour, grated chocolate and melted butter. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake, then let it cool, cut once.

For the cream, soften chocolate, beat butter, sugar, yolks until fluffy. Fill the cake with the cream and sprinkle with sugar.

Preparation Tip:
