Instructions:

For the marinade, mix all the ingredients.

Marinate the chicken legs and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

In the meantime, cut the potatoes lengthwise into wedges, pre-cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Allow to steam.

Place the potato wedges on the baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven for about 25 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Turn once in between.

Roast the chicken legs on the grill or in a grill pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Keep brushing with the marinade.

Salt the potato wedges and serve with the chicken drumsticks. Serve sprinkled with thyme, if desired.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with fresh salad as well.
