For the butter cookies, mix all ingredients into a shortbread dough and let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then roll out the dough and cut out cookies.
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 160 Gad Celsius until golden brown.
Preparation Tip:
The butter cookies can also be spread with milk, butter or egg and decorated as desired before baking.
