Start by lightly greasing a shallow gratin dish. Remove the peel from the potatoes and then roughly grate them directly into the gratin dish. Season the potatoes with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Cut the broccoli roses into small pieces. Grate the stems onto the potatoes with a cucumber slicer. Spread everything evenly. Place the broccoli florets on top. For the sauce, mix the eggs with the yogurt and the whipped cream. Add the spices and then the oat flakes. Spread the sauce evenly on the casserole and sprinkle thinly with parmesan. Place the casserole in the cold oven and bake on the second rack from the bottom at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. Then leave to stand for another 5 minutes in the switched-off oven.
