Add 1 tbsp rum and stir everything together until well blended. The flour mixture on the egg mixture form and stir just until the dry ingredients are wet. Fill half of the dough into the cavities and break 30 g of spoon biscuits into pieces about 1 cm gr. and form one piece at a time on the dough and sprinkle with 2 to 3 tbsp. rum . Put the rest of the dough on top and bake at 180 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Leave to rest in the baking tray for about 5 minutes and cool on a rack.
