Instructions:

Cut half of the strawberries in half (or quarters) and set aside. Save some raspberries, blackberries, etc. as well.

Puree the remaining strawberries and berries and mix with the juice of one lemon, 60 g powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons orange liqueur and a few crumbled biscuits.

Cream the mascarpone, yogurt, 100 g powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons orange liqueur.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.

Layer alternately in the baking dish, dip biscuits in the pureed berries and place in the dish.

Then spread a layer of mascarpone cream, and a few half strawberries on top.

Finish with mascarpone cream. Refrigerate for a few hours.

Garnish the berry tiramisu with the remaining half strawberries and berries and serve.

Preparation Tip:

You can prepare this tiramisu with berries of your choice. It looks especially beautiful if you mix red and blue berries.
