For the banana bread, mix the dry ingredients together. Mash the banana to a pulp and mix well with the 2 eggs.

Stir the banana and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. If the batter is too firm, you can add a little more milk (depends a lot on the size of the eggs and bananas).

If you like it sweeter, you can also mix in a little honey or maple syrup – the riper the bananas, the less additional sweetness is needed.
