Instructions:

For the 7 layer dip, prepare the first layer. For this, cook beans and mash them. Spread in a shallow baking dish.

For the second layer, mix sour cream with Seasoning seasoning for taccos and spread on the first layer.

Mash avocados, season with garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper and spread in the dish as the third layer.

For the next layer, dice tomatoes into small pieces, and preferably remove the juice. Spread the tomato pieces on top of the avocado layer.

The fifth layer is formed by finely chopped spring onions. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on the scallions as the sixth layer.

The seventh and final layer is finely chopped olives or finely chopped diced peppers. Chill the 7 layer dip and serve with nachos for dipping.

Preparation Tip:

The 7 layers dip is a typical American dish, perfect to bring to Super Bowl parties. The layers can of course be modified individually to taste.
