For the spinach shrimp pan rub ramekins with butter, lay out pancakes.
Fry garlic in a little olive oil, add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Fold in spinach, put on pancakes.
Salt and pepper the shrimps and fry them in a pan with garlic and oil. A little lemon zest to season, place over spinach.
