For the nut stanitzel with cranberries, melt the chocolate with a little oil in a water bath. Divide the nuts and cranberries between two bowls or deep plates.
Dip the stanitzels in the melted chocolate, turn them and let them drip off a little and immediately “dip” them in the nuts and then the cranberries. Place the nut stanitzels with cranberries in tall glasses to dry.
Preparation Tip:
Nut stanitzel with cranberries taste great with both light and dark chocolate! If you like it only "nutty", simply replace the specified amount of cranberries with even more chopped nuts.
