For the cornflakes cookies, heat the milk chocolate and cooking chocolate over a water bath until everything is liquid.
In the meantime, crumble the cornflakes in a freezer bag with a rolling pin.
Then mix everything together and let it cool a little, then spoon into the ramekins with a coffee spoon and chill for at least 1 hour.

If you want you can also make some cornflakes cookies with white chocolate.
