For Hokkaido baked wash the pumpkin and cut in half.
With a spoon, scrape out the seeds and flesh and cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Grease a baking tray, spread the squash cubes on it, drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 25 – 30 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
It is not necessary to peel the pumpkin, after baking you can eat the skin of the Hokkaido pumpkin. Hokkaido baked goes well with all kinds of dishes as a side dish. If you like, add a few sprigs of rosemary during baking.
