For the cress drink, pluck the leaves from the cress, put a few aside and chop the rest with the peeled garlic clove. Mix kefir and whipping cream well, add cress-garlic mixture and season with salt, pepper and mustard.
Divide evenly between two glasses and sprinkle with cress leaves.

The cress drink can also be prepared without garlic. Instead, wild garlic is also suitable.
