For the cheese-fruit salad, cut the fruit into wedges and cubes, and the cheese into slices.
Prepare a marinade from whipped cream, lemon juice, pineapple juice, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over the fruit and cheese. Stir well and leave to infuse for a while.
